
“Since my early 20s, I have been actively involved in various leadership roles and training programs, driven by my passion for cultivating effective and diverse teams. With a Master’s degree in Business Finance, I have consistently sought opportunities to enhance my skills and make a positive impact.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a proud mother of five wonderful children. Balancing the responsibilities of motherhood with my career has provided me with invaluable insights into effective multitasking, time management, and empathy—skills that have proven instrumental in my leadership journey.
Having lived in three different countries, I have experienced firsthand the power of embracing diverse cultures and perspectives. These international experiences have broadened my horizons and deepened my appreciation for multiculturalism. They have also equipped me with adaptability, resilience, and a strong ability to communicate and connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
My journey as a leader began at Lockheed Martin, where I had the privilege of working in their esteemed Leader Development Program. This experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in leadership principles and practices, honing my ability to lead teams towards shared goals and foster a culture of excellence.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I have also dedicated my time to volunteer work within non-profit spaces. I have organized and orchestrated large-scale events, demonstrating my ability to manage complex projects while maintaining attention to detail. Additionally, I took the initiative to develop mentoring programs and initiatives, recognizing the importance of fostering growth and empowerment in others.
